The Kindergarten Thanksgiving Math Puzzle 2 Game for kindergarten students is a great way to get students active while practicing their math skills. There are 6 puzzles that allow students to work on Operations and Algebraic Thinking and Counting & Cardinality skills that are directly tied to the Common Core Standards. There are two parts to each puzzle. The puzzle pieces that have the elves on them and the background that has numbers. Laminate both and cut out the puzzle pieces. Students have to count what’s on the puzzle piece in the example below it is the 10 frame. Then match that number with the number on the background. Once solved, do the pose for 20 seconds. The puzzles include:
