This How Many 10’s Yoga Balancing Game for first grade students is a great way to get students active while practicing their math skills. Students will work on Number and Operations in Base Ten skills that are directly tied to the Common Core Standards. This 1st grade math centers product is for the following standard:

CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.1.NBT.B.2

CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.1.NBT.B.2.C

The math games are 8 pages and each page has 2 cards, so there are 16 unique problems to solve! There are 16 different yoga balance poses.

These first grade math centers are perfect for distance learning. Parents will really appreciate it! I also suggest that you use the games during stations, however you will have to teach the children how to use them before implementing them. They can also be used for grade 1 physical education.

If students are doing this for distance learning I suggest they use a sock ball instead of a beanbag.

I suggest that you send these electronically for distance learning. If you need a physical copy for the classroom you should either print these out and laminate them or print them on card stock.

This product is available in a PDF format.
